Decided to work on this site a little more today, I have so many ideas of things I want to do on here, I just keep coming up with new ideas. This is slowly groing into a small content management system and I am trying to refactor some of the code around to allow for this transition a little easier.
I did manage to add in the GeoLocation logging functionality I mentioned previously. No need to panic, all I am doing is logging the latitude and longitude reported by your browser (after you specifically give my site permission to access this information) along with a time-stamp into my database. I am not storing any information that could be used to identify you in any way other than your approximate location (or your ISPs location) at a particular point in time. I don't work for any government and black helicoptors won't start following you, I'm just curious where some of my traffic comes from, and this may help gauge interest in where GeoLocation services are in use more for a little idea I am working on.
